DHAKA: Country's stock market marked fall again in its price indices on Thursday.

The broad index of Dhaka Stock Exchange, DSEX, shed over 16 points only to stand at 5154 at the close on the last trading day of the week.

Trade deals stood at 111244 with volume of transactions at Tk 5725 million.

Of the issues traded, 118 advanced, 139 declined and 46 remained unchanged.

MJLBD topped the turnover list with shares worth Tk 416 million having changed hands.

The other turnover leaders were SPCL, IDLC, KPCL, RSRMSTEEL, GP, LAFSURCEML, TITASGAS, SQURPHARMA and SAIFPOWER.

Chittagong stocks also followed the suit, with the CSE Selective Categories Index climbing down to 9,684 by dropping over 29 points.

Out of the issues traded, 66 gained, 129 declined and 26 remained unchanged.
