DHAKA: The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has decided to file case against auditor of CGA Samabaya Rindan Samity Limited Rafiqul Islam and two others for embezzling 2.33 crore from the cooperative society.

The decision came from a regular meeting of the commission on Thursday.

ACC deputy director (public relations) Pranab Kumar Battachariya confirmed the matter to banglanews.

The two others are former auditor of CGA Samabaya Rindan Samity M Jahirul Islam and cashier Abdul Kader.

The anti-graft body, in its investigation, found evidence of embezzling the huge amount of money with the help of one another. 
The case will be filed at any time later, the ACC deputy director added.
