DHAKA: Share price index at the country’s both bourses -- Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) and Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) – witnessed positive trend in early hours of trading on Wednesday, the fourth trading day of the week.

DSEX, the broad index of DSE, rose over 25.33 points or 0.52 percent to reach 4812.02 at 11:15 am.

 Trade deals stood at 16,414 with transaction at Tk 619.88 million.

Of the issues traded till then, 147 gained, 59 declined and 41 remained unchanged.

IFADAUTOS topped the turnover list with shares worth Tk 52.48 million having changed hands during the time.

The CSE key index, CSCX gained 41.30 points to stand at 8925.57, also at 11:15 am today.

Of the issues traded till then, 71 gained, 35 declined and 16 remained unchanged.
