DHAKA: Trading on the country’s two bourses -- Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) and Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) -- is underway showing mixed trend in share-price indices on Wednesday.

DSEX, the Broad Index of DSE, rose over 12.07 points to stand at 4639.24 at 11:16 am.

Trade deals stood at 33889 with transaction at Tk 1702.68 million. Of the issues traded, 93 advanced, 117 declined and 42 remained unchanged.

KPCL topped the turnover list with shares worth Tk 182.12 million having changed hands during the time.

Besides, Chittagong stocks’ Selective Categories Index climbed down to 8691.95 by dropping over 20.77 points at 11:23 am.

Out of the issues traded, 45 gained, 60 declined and 17 remained unchanged.
