DHAKA: Trading on the country’s two bourses--- Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) and Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) -- is underway showing mixed trend in share-price indices on Monday.

DSEX, the broad Index of the DSE, went down by 7.37 points or 0.15 per cent to 4607.82 after the first one-hour of trade at 11:37am.

Trade deals stood at 38240 with transaction at Tk 1917.98 million. Of the issues traded, 105 advanced, 131 declined and 54 remained unchanged.

ACI topped the turnover list with shares worth Tk 305.08 million having changed hands during the time.

Besides, Chittagong stocks’ Selective Categories Index climbed up to 8652.57 by gaining over 7.32 points at 11:36 m.

Out of the issues traded, 65 gained, 84 declined and 30 remained unchanged.
