DHAKA: Rangpur Foundry Ltd (RFL) declared 35 percent cash dividend for its shareholders for the year 2015-2016 at the 36th Annual General Meeting of the Company held at Trust Milonayaton in Dhaka Cantonment Thursday (December 15).

The matter was disclosed through a press release issued in the afternoon.

RFL chairman Ahsan Khan Chowdhury; managing director Rathendra Nath Paul; Chief financial officer Choudhury Atiur Rasul; independent director MA Mannan; director (marketing) Chowdhury Kamruzzaman Kamal; company secretary Muhammad Aminur Rahman and shareholders of the Company attended the Annual General Meeting here.

Shareholders thanked the management for Company’s achievements over the years and made valuable suggestions for improvement in running the business.

They reiterated their profound confidence in the management and operations of the Company, the release added.

AGM ended seeking continued support from the investors of the Company and with a vote of thanks to the Chair.
