DHAKA: With the main theme of ‘transparency’, Bangladesh Denim Expo, the biggest exhibition of denim clothing in country, started at the International Convention City Bashundhara (ICCB) in the capital on Wednesday (Nov 8).

The two-day long expo was organized by Bangladesh Denim Expo.

According to organizing sources, the 7th edition of this expo is a new and important chapter for country’s garment industry. The organizers’ main objective is to establish Bangladesh’s excellence for exporting Denim clothes by highlighting transparency of the entire clothing business.     

Buyers from 12 countries are participating in the expo. Moreover, a record number of visitors, over 12 thousand, have pre-registered with the expo online. 

The expo will be open from 11:00am-7:00pm for visitors.
