DHAKA: Business Leaders of the Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FBCCI) expressed their deep shock at the Sad Demise of its Former President and DCC (north) Mayor Annisul Huq.
 
FBCCI President, First Vice President, Vice President, Directors, all District Chambers, all Associations and the FBCCI Secretariat prayed for the salvation of the departed soul. They also expressed their deep sympathy to the bereaved Family.
 
Mr. Annisul Huq acted as the President of FBCCI during 2008-10. Mr. Huq also served as the President of SAARC Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI). FBCCI Family recalled the great contribution of Mr. Annisul Huq to the development of FBCCI as well as the District Chambers and Associations. 

The FBCCI Family also remembers the positive achievement of Mr. Huq as the President of SCCI and BGMEA. The Dhaka Citizens as well as the countrymen will remember the progressive activities of Mr. Annisul Huq as the Mayor of Dhaka City Corporation (north), FBCCI Family observed.

Dhaka North City Corporation (DNCC) Mayor Annisul Huq passed away at a hospital in London Thursday (November 30).

He was 65.

Annisul breathed his last at Wellington Hospital, at 10:23pm Bangladesh time.

He was diagnosed with cerebral vasculitis, swelling of the blood vessel wall involving the brain and occasionally the spinal cord.
