BENAPOLE (JESSORE): Export and import activities in Benapole land port will remain closed from August 21 -25 ahead of holy Eid-ul Azha, according to Benapole land port director (traffic) Aminul Islam.

However, movements of travelers with passports will remain normal as usual. Activities will resume from August 26 onwards. Tight security measures have been taken during off time, Aminul Islam also said.

“All arrangements have been made for the ease of passengers to travel via Benapole immigration,” said Tarikul Islam Islam, Benapole check-post immigration Officer-in-Charge.
