DHAKA: National Board of Revenue (NBR) has initiated a week long programs to mark the Income Tax Week beginning from Monday (Dec 10).

NBR Chairman Mosharraf Hossain Bhuiyan is scheduled to inaugurate National Income Tax Day and Tax Week, in front of NBR Office in Dhaka around 8:30am.

Before that, he will hold a press conference on Sunday (Dec 9) morning.

NBR Senior Information Officer Syed A Mu’Men confirmed the matter to banglanews Saturday (Dec 8).

Highest taxpayers will be honored after a views-exchanging meeting at Bangabandhu International Conference Center (BICC) at 5pm Monday. 

Finance Minister AMA Muhith is expected to attend the programs as the chief guest.
