DHAKA: LankaBangla Finance Limited (LBFL) on Thursday signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Ranks FC Properties Limited in a bid to provide home loan facilities for their customers. 

Engr. Tanvir Shahriar Rimon, CEO of Ranks FC, and Khurshed Alam, SEVP & Head of Retail Finance, Lanka Bangla signed the MOU on behalf of their respective side at the former’s corporate office in Agrabad, Chattogram.

Under the MOU, Customers of Ranks FC Properties Ltd. will get special & first of it’s kind financial facilities from LBFL to enjoy Home loan and they can avail flexi EMI facilities & repay the home loan amount in maximum tenor of 30 years.

Customers of LBFL will get special rate to buy the Apartment/Commercial spaces from Ranks FC Properties Ltd. 

Solaiman Hossain, VP & Head of Agrabad branch of Lanka Bangla, Shahriar Parvez, Head of Home Loan, Shazzad Mohammed Chowdhury, Head of CDA Avenue Branch, & Hanif Billah, Head of Finance, Mohammed Mohiuddin, Head of Sales, Jabedur Rahman, Head of HR & Admin, Sanjay Kumar, Head of Audit, Mir Moazzam Hosen, Sr. Manager & other high officials of both organizations were present at the signing ceremony.
