Rangpur Foundry Ltd (RFL) has approved 23% cash dividend among shareholders for the year 2017-2018.

The approval came at the 38th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held at Fuzi Trade Centre in city’s  Badda on Saturday (December 22).    

Shareholders thanked the management for company’s achievements over the years  after making valuable suggestions for improvement to run the business. They reiterated their profound confidence in the management and operations of the company. 

AGM ended seeking continued support from the investors of the company and with a vote of thanks to the chair.  

Ahsan Khan Chowdhury, Chairman, Rathendra Nath Paul, Managing Director, Sabiha Amjad, Director, Uzma Chowdhury, Director (Finance), Choudhury Atiur Rasul, Chief Financial Officer, MA Mannan, Independent Director, Chowdhury Kamruzzaman, Director, Muhammad Aminur Rahman, Company Secretary and shareholders’ of the company attended the AGM.
