DHAKA: Novoair, the leading private airline of the country, successfully completed its six years of commercial operation. 

On this occasion, Novoair announced a 10% discount for frequent flyer program-SMILES members. The tickets could be purchased from any Novoair counter between 9th to 31st January, 2019 and valid till 31 December 2019. 

Novoair introduced “SMILES” frequent flyer program for its valuable customers for the first time in Bangladesh. 

Novoair celebrates its 6th anniversary with travel agencies across the country and its valued passengers.

On the eve of completion of six successful years, Mofizur Rahman, Managing Director of Novoair said: “By ensuring safety, satisfactory customer service and on time performance, we have earned the trust of passengers.”

“In the coming days, we re-iterate our commitment to uphold and inspire the same with addition of more choice of routes and frequency. We continue to bring in the advance and digital tools for passenger,” he added.  

From 2013 to 2018, Novoair operated more than 47,500 flights and carrying over 25 lakh passengers with 98.97 percent remarkable on time performance.

Currently, Novoair operates daily flights from Dhaka to Chattogram, Cox's Bazar, Jashore, Sylhet, Saidpur, Barishal, Rajshahi and Kolkata with six ATR 72-500 aircraft.
