DHAKA: Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited (IBBL) inaugurated its 345th Branch in Dumuria upazila of Khulna on Thursday (August 1). 

IBBL Director Prof Dr Qazi Shahidul Alam, as the chief guest, inaugurated the branch, said a press release.

Md Mahbub ul Alam, managing director and CEO of the bank, presided over the program. Abu Reza Md Yeahia, deputy managing director, addressed the program, as special guest. 

Ezaz Ahmed, Chairman and Sharmina Parvin Ruma, women vice chairman of Dumuria upazila, ABM Shafiqul Islam, former principal of Chuknagar College and Ashok Kumar Singha, a lawyer, among others, addressed the program. 

Md Maksudur Rahman, executive vice president and head of Khulna zone, delivered the welcome speech and Md Sadik Ali, head of Dumuria branch, thanked the attendees. 

The occasion was attended by local businesspersons, professionals and social elites.
