The 57th Annual General Meeting of Bangladesh Steel Re Rolling Mills (BSRM) Ltd.  held at The Shoronika Community Center, Chattogram on December  19. 

Mr. Alihussain Akberali FCA, Chairman of the Company, presided over the meeting.

Audited Accounts for the financial year 2018-19 along with the Report of the Board of Directors were approved in the meeting.

Shareholders of the Company also approved appointment of Directors & Auditor. Honorable chairman has discussed on company’s future plans, progress and strategies in the meeting. 25%cash dividend has been approved unanimously by the shareholders in the meeting.

Shareholders, who were present at the meeting, expressed their confidence & trust to the board of directors of the company.

Managing Director, Directors, Company Secretary along with a large number of shareholders were present at the occasion.
