DHAKA: National University (NU) examinations, scheduled to be held on November 5 and 6, have been fixed to November 7 (Thursday) due to 60-hour hartal called by BNP-led 18-party alliance.

The disclosure came from a press release sent to different media houses on Sunday.

The news release said, according to the new date, the Honors 1st year examination of November 5 will be started at 9.00am of November 9 (Saturday) and the Honors 4th year exam would be started at 9.00am of November 7.

Post Graduate of Management (MBA) 2nd semester exam of November 5 will begin at 10.00am on November 7 (Thursday) and the Honors 2nd year (4th semester) exam of November 6 will be started at 9.00am on November 7 (Thursday).

Besides, all other exams schedule will remain unchanged.
