Education Minister Dr Dipu Moni has said there is no way to postpone the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) examinations which will begin on August 17 as per schedule.

She also called upon protesting students to return home and concentrate on their lessons.

The education minister was addressing a press conference on Tuesday afternoon, after a national monitoring and disciplinary committee meeting at the International Mother Language Institute in the capital.

Dr Dipu Moni made the development at a time when a section of students in the capital and some other areas of the country has been demonstrating for the deferment of the upcoming HSC examinations.
