Rangpur's Begum Rokeya University has imposed a ban on all forms of political activities within its campus. 

The university administration has decided to prohibit political activities involving students, faculty, and staff members.

The decision was made on Monday (Oct 28) during the university’s 108th syndicate meeting. 

Confirming the development, Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Shawkat Ali announced the new policy in a press briefing, emphasizing the administration's commitment to maintaining a neutral and academically focused environment on campus.
