RANGPUR: Admission tests for first-year honors program under academic session 2014-15 at Begum Rokeya University, Rangpur, were postponed due to unavoidable reason.

The new dates of the tests, scheduled to be held from December 4 to 6, will be announced later.

University vice-chancellor Professor Dr Nur-un-Nabi told banglanews that the admission test was rescheduled after some 10 teachers resigned from several administrative posts in the morning.

He added that the deadline of submitting admission forms has been extended till November 25.

Nevertheless, 40 thousand students have already submitted their forms to sit for the examinations at Begum Rokeya University.
