Wednesday’s SSC exam shifted to Saturday Nurul Islam Nahid

DHAKA: The SSC examination scheduled for Wednesday (January 4) has been shifted to Saturday (January 7) due to unavoidable circumstances.

Education Minister Nurul Islam Nahid made the rearrangement of examination schedule while talking to journalists at his secretariat office on Tuesday afternoon.

The examinations of Bangla 2nd Part, Sahaj Bangla 2nd Part, Bangla Language and Bangladesh Culture 2nd Part under eight general education boards, English Second Paper, and English-2 under the vocational board and Hadis Sharif under Madrasa Board will be held on Saturday.

However, the examinations have been shifted due to the extension of nationwide hartal enforced by BNP-led 20-party alliance till 6:00pm Thursday.

Earlier, Bangla 1st Part, Sahaj Bangla 1st Part, Bangla Language and Bangladesh Culture under eight general education boards and Bangla-2, and Bangla-2 under the vocational board have been shifted on Friday, which was scheduled to be held on February 2.
