GAZIPUR: Bangladesh Open University (BOU) SSC examinations will begin on Friday (October 30) at 441 centers simultaneously across the coutnry.

All the examinations will be held on Fridays and Saturdays, to end on December 4, said a BOU press release issued on Thursday.

According to the release, singed by BOU information and public relations department joint director M Abul Kashem Sikdar, as many as 134,581 students of first and second years will take part in the examination this year.

Of them, 86,761 first year students will sit in the examination and 47,820 students in second year.

Normally, SSC certification completes by single exam under general education broad but under the BOU, students have to complete first and second examinations.
