DHAKA: The 1st year honors admission test of Dhaka University (DU) under 'Gha' unit for the academic session 2015-16 will be held on Friday (November 6).

As many as 62 applicants will vie against each seat this year.

The public relations department of the university issued a press release in this regard on Thursday.

It said the test will be held from 10:00am to 11:00am at 87 centers in the city, including 52 centers on DU campus.

The seat plan has already been published.

Candidates can see the seat planning logging in their accounts through the website admission.eis.du.ac.bd.

As many as 90,130 students have applied against 1,465 seats this year.

The release also said no electronic devices including calculator, mobile phone or other telecommunication equipment will be allowed in the examination hall.

Mobile court will be vigilant at centers during the examination, it added.
