UCB signs agreement with IBAIS University

DHAKA: United Commercial Bank Limited (UCB) signed an agreement with International Business Administration and Information System (IBAIS) University, Dhanmondi on Thursday evening (August 18) in city.

UCB managing director Muhammed Ali and IBAIS University, Dhanmondi vice-chancellor (Designate) Prof. Dr. Engr. Md. Humaun Kabir signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.

Showkat Aziz Russell, Chairman Board of Trustees of IBAIS University, Dhanmondi and also Chairman of Executive Committee of UCB and Md. Jahangir Alam Khan, Chairman of Risk Management Committee of UCB attended the signing event.

Under this agreement, UCB will facilitate IBAIS University, Dhanmondi for their student’s Tuition Fee & Other collection and payment service through its branch network under supervision of Corporate Cash Management & Marketing Division of UCB and transmit real time fee collection information to IBAIS through online link.

Among others Additional Managing Directors of UCB namely M Shahidul Islam and Mirza Mahmud Rafiqur Rahman; Deputy Managing Directors of UCB namely Md. Tariqul Azam and Mohammed Shawkat Jamil; Head of Corporate Cash Management & Marketing Division of UCB Khandaker Zibanur Rahman; Treasurer (Acting) of IBAIS University, Dhanmondi Prof. Mohammed Ahsan Ullah; Registrar (Acting) of IBAIS University, Dhanmondi Ekhlasur Rahman; Director (Accounts) of IBAIS University, Dhanmondi Md. Delower Hossain; Member of Board of Trustee of IBAIS University, Dhanmondi Tofazzal Hossain Jewel; Advisor of IBAIS University, Dhanmondi Md. Ruhul Amin along with other officials of the both the organizations were present at the event.
