DHAKA: Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on Saturday deferred the inauguration of the conference of E-9, a forum of nine countries to achieve the goals of UNESCO’s Education For All (EFA) initiative, to be held on Sunday (February 5), for half of an hour to ensure smooth movement of SSC examinees.

The inauguration ceremony, which was scheduled to be held at 10:00 am at Radisson Blu Dhaka Water Garden on Sunday (February 5), has been rescheduled at 10:30 am.

The press wing of prime minister’s office (PMO) issued a press note in this regard.

The note also said that the premier will leave Gana Bhaban at 10.20 am.

The press note further said that the PM has ordered her personal assistants to schedule her future programs considering the convenience of SSC examinees.
