DHAKA: Twelve more secondary schools of the country have been nationalized as part of government’s latest nationalization program. 

The Education Ministry’s government secondary branch-3 has issued an order to this effect on Tuesday (August 28).

The nationalized schools are- Khetlal Pilot Model High School & College, Kalai MU Hugh School and Akkelpur FU Pilot Hugh School in Joypurhat district.

In Kishoreganj district, Bhairab KB Pilot Model High School, Itna Mahesh Chandra Model Shikkha Niketan, Nikli GC Pilot Model School & College and Hossainpur Model Pilot School & College. 

Puthia PN High School in Rajshahi, Sonatola Model High School in Bogra, Damudya Muslim High School in Shariatpur, Ullapara Merchants Pilot High School in Sirajganj and Kalia Pilot Model Secondary school in Narail.

According to the order, the nationalization is in effect from today and teachers working in these institutions currently can not be transfer to other institutions.
