DHAKA: The results of this year's Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and its equivalent examinations are likely to be published from July 20 to July 22.

President of Inter-Education Board Coordination Sub-Committee and Chairman of Dhaka Education Board Ziaul Huq confirmed the matter to Banglanews on Tuesday (June 25).

Ziaul Huq said: “A letter was sent to the Education Ministry with a proposal to publish the results on 20, 21 or 22 of July. The Education Ministry will finalize the date.”

According to rules, the proposal to publish the results will be sent from Education Ministry to the Prime Minister’s Office. Prime minister will decide on which day to publish the results.

July 20 or 22 is the possible date for publication, said officials.

HSC and its equivalent examinations finished in mid of May, 2019. More than 13 lakhs students sit for the examinations.
