Education Minister Dr Dipu Moni has been elected as a member of the UNESCO-led SDG4-Education High Level Steering Committee in the Asia-Pacific region.

She was elected at a high-level segment of the 2021 Global Education Meeting held at UNESCO headquarters on Wednesday, a press release said here today.

The steering committee is the global coordination mechanism for the education goal, Sustainable Development Goal-4 (SDG4).

The minister has thanked all for electing her a member of the committee.
