DHAKA: Department of Business Studies of the State University of Bangladesh (SUB) has won the 1st Inter-Department Cricket League-2013 beating the department of Food Engineering and Technology by 2 runs.

The final match was held at the Mohammadpur Eidgah on Monday.

A total of 7 departments of SUB took part in the tournament started on October 24.

Major Gen (retd) Dr M Shahjahan, Treasurer and Professor AYM Ekram-ud-Daulah, Registrar were present at the joyous event as special guests

Professor Dr Iftekhar Ghani Chowdhury, Vice Chancellor of the university was present as the chief guest at the prize giving ceremony.

Dr Md Mahbubur Rahman, Vice-president, BoT, SUB was also present at the programme.
