DHAKA: As in the previous years, traditional harvest festival ‘Nabanna’ will be celebrated across the country on the first day of Agrahayan of Bangla calendar that falls on November 15.

Jatiya Nabanna Utsab Udjapan Parshad, a national committee for ‘Nabanna’ celebration, will arrange a cultural program at Fine Art Faculty of Dhaka University on the day.

Eminent language hero Ahmed Rafiq will inaugurate the program to begin at 7:01 in the morning on the day.

According to the organizers, the first phase of celebration program, to feature music, dance, recitation and celebration rally, will continue till 10:00am.

It will resume at 3:00pm and will continue till 9:00pm.
