DHAKA: Popular actor Mamnun Hasan Emon and actress Airin Sultana for the first time ever will be seen sharing screen in a Dhallywood film.

The duo recently have signed the film titled Akash Mahal.

The film is being directed by reputed director Delowar Jahan Jhontu.

Meanwhile, shooting of the film has been kicked-off at FDC on Sunday (Oct 14). 

“I believe, the movie Akash Mahal will be a wonderful one,” said Emon.

“Impress Telefilm and Delowar Jahan Jhontu are highly regarded names in filmdom. For the maiden time I got the opportunity to work with them,” said Airin.  

“In this film, I’m depicting the character of a wood-cutter’s daughter who fights evil forces,” she added about her role. 

However, Akash Mahal will be shot in Gazipur and Cox’s Bazar once the part for FDC ends.
