Bangladesh sees lowest one death from Covid-19

Bangladesh on Saturday reported one Covid-19 death in the last 24 hours. The number of deaths is the lowest in about 20 months in Bangladesh.

With this, the number of Covid-19 deaths mow stands at 27,891.

Earlier on March 18 last year, one death from Covid-19 is reported. 

Besides, 154 people have tested positive for coronavirus in the last 24 hours, raising the total number of coronavirus cases in the country to 1,570,639.

The Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) disclosed the update of the country’s coronavirus situation issuing a press release this afternoon.

Bangladesh reported its first Coronavirus case on March 8 in 2020 while first death on March 18 in that year.
