The third phase of voting in the upcoming Upazila Parishad elections will be held in 112 upazilas on May 29.

Election Commission (EC) Secretary Zahangir Alam declared the schedule after the 31st meeting of the Commission at the Election Bhaban on Wednesday (April 17).

The meeting was held at 11:00 am with CEC Kazi Habibul Awal in the chair. 

After emerging from the meeting, EC Secretary Zahangir Alam said the voting will be held in 112 upazilas on May 29. Beginning at 8:00 am, the voting will continue until 4:00 pm without a break.
