Uttara Juba League office torched

DHAKA: Hartal supporters torched office of Juba League in Uttara sector-3 area of the capital on Sunday morning.

Witnesses said that ridding on motorbike some youths set on fire at the office at around 9:00am and fled the scene.

Later, locals doused the fire.

Uttara (west) police station Officer-in-Charge Rezaul told banglanews, “Police did not get information yet in this regard.”

On the others hand, Jamaat-Shibir men brought out a brisk procession and blasted cocktails in Badda area of the capital.

Earlier, Hartal supporters set on fire at Juba league office in city’s Uttara Sector-5 area during the last spell of 60-hour hartal.
