KHULNA: A mobile court awarded 10 leaders-activists of BNP three to six months in jail for picketing by blocking the road in Koyra Upazila of the district.

Executive Magistrate Shamim Ahsan passed the order at around 11:00am

Koyra police station Officer-in-Charge Fazlur Rahman confirmed the matter to banglanews.

The convicted are Rabiul, Abu Musa, Amirul Islam, Abdullah, Shahdat Hossain, Sulaiman, Imran, Kabir Hossain, Putul and Alal. All of the are Union and thana level leaders and activists of BNP.
 
He said that the convicted would be taken to Khulna jail.
