RAJSHAHI: District BNP called half-day hartal for Sunday in the district, protesting the police attack on BNP central committee member RCC Mayor Mosaddek Hossain Bulbul.

BNP Central Committee Joint Secretary General and Rajshahi Metropolitan BNP president Mizanur Rahman Minu declared the hartal in a press conference on Thursday morning.

Meanwhile, Local Islami Oikkya Jote leader Abdus Salam and Jamaat leader Mainul Islam were present in the press conference.
