SYLHET: Finance Minister AMA Muhith on Sunday said the parliamentary polls would not affect if even European Union (EU) does not send observers.
 
“There will be no affect in the next parliamentary elections   if the European Union does not send observers,” he said

Muhith came up with the observation in response to a question by journalists at Shahjalal Majar at Sylhet in the afternoon.

The finance minister said, “The elections will be free and fair. All forgery occurred in election under Khaleda Zia and Brigadiers.”

Awami League does not make any forgery in election, he added.
