DHAKA: UN Assistant Secretary General Oscar Fernandez-Taranco is holding a meeting with Awami League Secretary General Syed Ashraful Islam and BNP General Secretary Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamagir in a house in city’s Baridhara area on Tuesday.

Taranco along with the UN delegation reached the house owned by Andaliv Rahman Partha, son of Najiur Rahman Manju, at around 1:00pm.

A reliable source said it is now the residence of an official of United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).
