DHAKA: Awami League Presidium Member Mohammad Nasim on Thursday categorically said protecting democracy and constitutional continuity are big challenge for new the government.

The senior leader of the party came up with the observation while talking to banglanews before taking oath in the morning at national parliament.      

Regarding the movement enforced by the opposition, he said “The BNP showed that how any movement makes failure. Ignoring BNP-Jamaat blockade people came out on roads.”

He alleged that, in the name of political programme, BNP conducted destructive activities in the country.
