DHAKA: Jatiya Party Chairman HM Ershad has sent a letter to Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina expressing his thank and gratitude.

The letter reached at prime minister office on Tuesday noon. In the latter, former military ruler Ershad thanked Sheikh Hasina as she appointed him a special envoy.

He also thanked the premier for giving place his party men in the cabinet and giving chance to JP to play role as opposition.

Hasina’s press adviser Ikbal Sobhan Chowdhury confirmed the matter to banglanews.
