DHAKA: A Dhaka court granted 2-day remand against BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia’s adviser Shamsuzzaman Dudu in a case filed for sabotage.
Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Asaduzzaman Nur passed order when police produced him before the court on Wednesday morning.
The case was filed with Mirpur Thana bringing allegation of vandalizing government vehicles, arson and throwing petrol bombs on December 28, 2014.
On January 11, police detained him while he was going to join a program in Mirpur.
Besides, Dudu previously taken on 5-day remand from January 12 in another case of the same thana.
