DHAKA: Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) Chairperson Khaleda Zia has reached at the reception program of Dhaka Bar Association.

Standing committee member of BNP and Jatiyatabadi Ainjibi Forum president Barrister Rafiqul Islam Mia will preside over the program at the Institution of Engineers auditorium in city’s Ramna area on Sunday afternoon.

Khaleda Zia arrived at the reception program at 4:00pm where BNP standing committee members Barrister Moudud Ahmed and Barrister Jamiruddin Sircar were also present.

The BNP Chairperson along with other senior leaders of the party gathered there to greet the newly elected lawyers as the BNP-Jamaat backed Jatiyatabadi Ainjibi Oikya (Blue Panel) that swept the Dhaka Bar Association elections 2014-15 by bagging 18 posts out of 25, including those of the president and general secretary.
