DHAKA:  The High Court Wednesday issued a rule upon seven high officials including Home Secreatry to produce Golam Murtoza, cultural secretary of Islami Chhatra Shibir, before the court within a week.

The Division Bench of the court comprising of Justice Abdul Wahab Mian and Quazi Rezaul Hauqe issued the rule upon Home Secretary, Inspector General of Police, Director General of RAB, Dhaka Metropolitan Police Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner of Investigative Department and Dhaka District Magistrate.
 
AKM Shamsuddinn, brother of Murtoza, in a writ said plainclothes police held Murtoza on July 14 and since then he has been missing.
