JHENIDAH: Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on Tuesday categorically said Awami League develops country assuming power while BNP gifts “dead bodies, corruption and terrorism”.

The premier, also ruling Awami league president, came up with the observation while addressing a rally at Jhenidah Govt Boys High School in the afternoon.

Sheikh Hasina said, “The tenure of BNP means torture, repression, looting, money-laundering and unrest in the country while Awami League reaches development to the remote areas.”

She added: “We serve and develops villages, and now-a-days farmers can open bank account at Tk 10.”

The Awami League chief also claimed that her government had given job to 90 lakh youths while unemployed youths can borrow Tk 1 lakh loan without any bond.
