Sheikh Russel Krira Chakra earned an overwhelming 3-1 goal victory over Bangladesh Police Football Club in the Bangladesh Premier League football held today (April 8) at Rafiq Uddin Bhuiyan Stadium in Mymensingh.

Midfielder Mohammad Ibrahim, Nigerian forward Mfon Udoh and midfielder Nihat Jaman Ucchash scored one goal each for Sheikh Russel in the 50thth, 82nd and 86th minutes respectively while Colombian forward Johan Arango netted a lone goal for Bangladesh Police FC in the 37th minute of the match.

Sheikh Russel Krira Chakra moved third position in the league's table with 17 points from 11 matches while Bangladesh Police Football Club stand at fourth position in the table with their previous credit of 16 playing the same number of outings.

Earlier, in the first round, Bangladesh Police FC beat Sheikh Russel Krira Chakra by 2-1 goals held at Bashundhara Sports Complex in the city.
