Bangladesh Hockey Federation vice-president and former acting general secretary Mohammad Yousuf passed away on Saturday (March 30) morning.

He breathed his last while undergoing treatment at Chattogram Evercare Hospital today.

Siraj Uddin Mohammad Alamgir, General Secretary of Chattogram Divisional Sports Association, said that the funeral prayers of the deceased will be held at Chattogram Mehdi Bagh CDA Jame Masjid after Asr prayer today. 

Muhammad Yousuf left behind a son and a daughter to mourn his death.

Two days ago, he was admitted to the hospital following a heart attack.
