Country first Braille ICT publication Exposed

DHAKA: Country’s first Braille ICT “Projukti Dekhbe Desh” was exposed at Nazrul Manch Bangla Academy, Dhaka on February 21. The Monthly Techworld Bangladesh has published this magazine to inspire the visually impaired people in technology and to develop their skills in ICT.

The publication was exposed by Mostofa Jabbar, ICT expert and Dr. Sayed Akther Hossain Head of Computer Science and Engineering Department, Daffodil International University, Mr. Mosharraf Majumdar, President publisher and Naznin Nahar, Editor & Publisher The Monthly TechWorld Bangladesh .

“This is the country’s first Braille ICT Publication and I am happy to be a part of it, It's definitely a great initiative by Techworld Bangladesh. It will help our visually impaired community to get update and involved with the ICT. Such kind of publication is needed  to connect these unconnected. I do believe that it will published regularly as  Techworld Bangladesh  has proved its dynamic knack in media through its different initiative . This publication will be a milestone in our ICT industry to grow – Said  Mostofa Zabbar.

Technology is such a tool that can help people to grow. It is useful for both the people with ability and disability. They want to connect and reach the benefit of ICT where this publication can play an important role. It will enhance their participation in ICT that may help our nation to move forward in digital-Said Prof. Akter Hossain

Techworld Bangladesh has been working to flourish  ICT  use in every aspect of life. Working hard  and reach the community to use ICT since its insertion in 2011. Techworld Bangladesh is trying  to help the people to adopt ICT to change their livelihood that lead the country transform into digital, we are  verymuch grateful to Dr.Syed Akter Hossain for his kind support to make it happened, as all the technical support has been done by him—said Naznin Nahar

It need to mention that The technicalMonthly Techworld Bangldesh has been working to unite the unconnected of Bangladesh through its publication. It also has a special publication for our young kids titled “TechKids” which also the first ICT magazine for kids in our country. The Magazine has been working with its unique approach and dynamic movements to develop the ICT industry connecting all the community with ICT.
