DHAKA: President Md Zillur Rahman returned home on Tuesday evening after receiving treatment in the United Kingdom.

Agriculture Minister Begum Matia Chowdhury and Foreign Minister Dr Dipu Moni received him at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport.

The Dean of Diplomatic Corps, the British High Commissioner in Bangladesh, the Cabinet Secretary, chiefs of the three military services and civil and military officials were present to welcome the President back home.

The President left for London on June 19 for medical checkup.
