The Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) has forecasted that the weather will remain mainly dry across the country for the next 24 hours, starting from this morning.
According to the BMD's forecast, the sky will be temporarily partly cloudy, with the possibility of light to moderate fog in some areas during late night and early morning hours.
The ridge of the sub-continental high extends to West Bengal and surrounding areas, while the seasonal low persists over the South Bay, extending its trough towards the Northeast Bay.
The night temperature is expected to rise slightly, while daytime temperatures will remain relatively unchanged.
On Saturday, the highest temperature recorded was 32.0°C at Teknaf, and the minimum was 11.0°C at Srimangal.
In the capital, Dhaka, the sun is expected to set at 5:21pm today and rise at 6:40am tomorrow.
