The Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) has forecasted dry weather across the country for the next 24 hours starting this morning.
The weather is expected to remain dry with a temporary partly cloudy sky, as a ridge of sub-continental high extends to West Bengal and surrounding areas, while the seasonal low lies over the South Bay.
Moderate to thick fog may occur over river basins, and light to moderate fog may affect other regions during the late night to morning hours. Both night and day temperatures are expected to rise slightly.
On Monday, the maximum temperature reached 30.3°C in Teknaf, while the minimum temperature was recorded at 10.0°C in Dinajpur.
