DHAKA: The Dhaka City Corporation (DCC) received 100 containers for recycling waste with support from the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA)

“The Prime Minister will inaugurate the containers soon,” Shipping Minister Shahjahan Khan told journalists.

Ending a meeting with officials over navigability of rivers of the country at the Secretariat, Khan said the containers will produce two tonnes of fertilizer from five tonnes of waste.
